Why are your prices so low?
We collect orders such that we are able to hit a minimum bulk order quantity with the supplier. With a bigger order, we can then get the suppliers to give us deeper discounts. The discounts for end users upon "hitting the mark" has already factored in to the web sale price. With that said, we guarantee that all orders will be honoured regardless of whether did we "hit the mark". In this way, we take all the risks while the customers get to enjoy all the savings.
Are we allowed to cancel the orders?
Goods sold are non-refundable once order has been processed (orders placed to supplier). We will generally bulk order from suppliers on wednesdays, should you decide to cancel order, please do it before wednesdays. Once order is processed, we will not allow refund. However, on a case-by-case basis, if your order has been filled by another buyer before your collection date, we will allow the refund to be effected.
What is the exchange policy?
We allow products with manufacturing defects to be exchanged one-for-one within 7 days. All items are warrantied by their respective local representative office. Please send in the warranty cards 7 days after purchase.
Do you deliver goods?
We do send goods for a charge of S$10. The charge is waived if the total order is more than S$2000. Charging for delivery will allow our price to be transparent. You wouldn't want us to cater in cost for delivery when you chooses to self collect the goods won't you? This wouldn't be fair.
What are the payment modes available?
For the purpose of payments tracking, we only accept eletronic transfer (Bank Transfer), or PayPal payment. In addition, as a form guarantee from the buyer to honor the purchase, payment has to be performed first before order will be processed. This arrangement is the most beneficial (win-win) for both you and us as electronic payment will allow you to open disputes should the need arises, and at the same time we can reduce our risk of being left with uncollected goods after orders has been processed.
