Why are your prices so low?
We are collecting orders to hit a minimum bulk order quantity in order to get suppliers to give us deep discounts. The discounts for end users upon hitting the mark are already factored into the web sale price. All orders accepted shall be honoured regardless of whether the mark is hit. In short, we take all the risks and you get to enjoy all the savings.
Are we allowed to cancel the orders?
Goods sold are non-refundable once order has been processed (orders placed to supplier). We will generally bulk order from suppliers on wednesdays, should you decide to cancel order, please do it before wednesdays. Once order is processed, we will not allow refund. However, on a case-by-case basis, if your order has been filled by another buyer before your collection date, we will allow the refund to be effected.
